A customer Remote Active Directory (AD) Site is setup in Superhub Private/Dedicated Hosting environment. Once the Remote AD site is ready, Superhub can install the other servers such as Hosted Exchange, Hosted SharePoint or Hosted CRM. The AD will sync its objects and configuration in both directions.
Users in customer office can access the hosted services in two options:
Through Local LAN and VPN – the PC login joined to the Customer Domain will be used to automatically login to their mailbox or Sharepoint.
Through internet – Users needs to login twice and configure a proxy connection in their outlook.
